Specialty Cleaning Services
The jobs that don't fit a standard truck: sensitive equipment, difficult access, unusual contaminants, and cleaning problems that need engineering before elbow grease.
Engineered Solutions for Non-Standard Cleaning
Some cleaning problems don't have an obvious method: the contaminant is unusual, the surface is delicate, the access is terrible, or the consequences of getting it wrong are expensive. Because we carry dry ice, abrasive media, laser, high-pressure water, and vacuum recovery in-house, we can engineer the approach around the job instead of forcing the job to fit one machine.
Problems We Solve
- Sensitive or precision equipment that can't tolerate standard methods
- Confined-space and difficult-access cleaning
- Unusual contaminants needing method testing before full mobilization
- Historic and architectural surfaces requiring gentle processes
- Combination jobs, clean, blast, coat, and recover in one scope
- Jobs other contractors have declined
How We Approach It
Assessment first: what is the contaminant, what is the substrate, and what happens to the surface next. Then a test patch where warranted, a method recommendation you can understand, and a fixed scope. No open-ended hourly experiments on your equipment.

Specialty Cleaning Questions
Can you clean combustible dust per NFPA requirements?
We provide combustible dust cleaning in accordance with applicable NFPA housekeeping requirements, using appropriate equipment and cleaning methods for the environment.
Do you do confined space entry cleaning with permits and attendants?
Yes. We can support permitted confined space entry with appropriately trained entrants, attendants and required entry procedures.
Can you clean overhead structure, beams, pipes, ductwork, above running equipment?
We clean elevated and overhead areas while coordinating containment, access and scheduling to minimize disruption and keep production running where conditions allow.
Do you handle silo, hopper, and bin cleanouts?
Yes. We handle silo, hopper, bin and other difficult-to-access material cleanouts, with the equipment and controls selected based on the specific conditions.
Can you clean HVAC and industrial exhaust systems?
We provide industrial ventilation, HVAC, and exhaust system cleaning to remove accumulated dust, debris and contaminants from system components.
What PPE and training do your crews carry for unusual environments?
Our crews are trained and equipped based on the hazards and requirements of each work environment, including supplied-air respiratory protection when required. Training and qualification records are maintained through Avetta and ISN.
If it's a weird one-off problem, will you come look at it before quoting?
A site visit is typically the first step for unusual or complex projects. We evaluate the conditions, access, hazards, equipment requirements and overall scope before developing a quote, anywhere in the Carolinas, Georgia, and beyond.
