Yes. Orientation, badging, and escort rules are a part of our standard operating procedures.
What trades and skill levels can you supply, and how fast?

Staffing levels and deployment times are based on the scope of work, required qualifications, and crew size. Can you scale a crew up for a shutdown and back down after?
Yes. We routinely support planned shutdowns and turnarounds by scaling crews to meet peak labor demands and then reducing staffing as work is completed. This allows our customers to access the manpower they need without carrying unnecessary labor once the project moves into its final stages.
Who supervises your people, you or us?
Our crews are supervised by Carolina Industrial personnel. Our supervisors are responsible for crew coordination, productivity, safety, and adherence to the agreed scope of work. We also work closely with your site leadership to ensure our crews integrate effectively with your operations and site requirements.
Are they your employees with your insurance, or subs?
Our field personnel are Carolina Industrial employees and work under our company’s supervision, workers’ compensation, and insurance coverage. We maintain responsibility for our employees throughout the project.
Can you support nights, weekends, and 24-hour turnaround coverage?
We can provide flexible staffing for nights, weekends, extended shifts, and 24-hour operations when required. For time-sensitive projects, shutdowns, and emergency work, we can structure crews and shifts around your operating schedule and turnaround requirements.
What happens if one of your guys doesn't work out mid-project?
We address personnel issues quickly to keep the project moving. If a crew member is not meeting the requirements of the assignment, our management team will evaluate the situation and make the appropriate replacement as quickly as possible. Our goal is to maintain a qualified, dependable crew throughout the project without creating unnecessary delays for the customer.
