Carolina Industrial Pressure Cleaning

Onsite Welding & Plasma Cutting

Field welding and controlled metal cutting performed at your site, structural repairs, equipment modifications, and removal work without pulling anything out of service.

Repairs and Modifications Where the Equipment Lives

Carolina Industrial provides onsite welding and plasma cutting for industrial, municipal, and infrastructure work. Our field crews handle structural repair, equipment modification, and controlled material removal at the jobsite, coordinated around maintenance windows, shutdowns, and live operations so your facility keeps running while the work gets done.

Onsite Welding Services

  • Structural steel repair and reinforcement
  • Equipment and support-frame repairs
  • Brackets, guards, mounts, and attachments
  • Field modifications during outages and maintenance windows
  • Repair work behind our own blasting and cleaning crews

Plasma Cutting Services

  • Removal of damaged or obsolete components
  • Controlled cutting for equipment modification
  • Structural steel and plate cutting in place

Plasma cutting allows precise removal without dismantling the surrounding systems.

Integrated With Surface Work

Weld repairs usually need surface work before and after: blasting to expose sound metal, laser weld cleaning for oxide removal, and coatings to protect the repair. We do all of it, on one mobilization, under one safety program.
