Surface Preparation Included
Every project starts with the substrate: pressure washing, abrasive blasting to specified SSPC profiles, dry ice cleaning where grit is unacceptable, or mechanical preparation, whatever the coating manufacturer's data sheet demands, done by our own crews and verified before a drop of coating goes on.
Industrial Sealants & Waterproofing
Beyond coatings, we install industrial-grade sealant systems: expansion joints, containment sealing, penetrations, and waterproofing details that keep weather and chemicals out of places they destroy. Sealant work is detail work with serious consequences when done wrong, and it gets the same crew discipline as everything else we do.

What coating systems do you recommend for chemical exposure areas?
It depends on the chemical and the exposure. Epoxy and novolac systems cover most chemical services, with the manufacturer's spec matched to your actual exposure.
Can you paint while the plant is running, and how do you handle overspray?
Yes, with masking, containment, and scheduling around your operation. Some products need areas cleared during cure, and we tell you that up front.
How do you verify dry film thickness, and do we get documentation?
Dry film thickness is gauged and recorded, and the documentation is turned over at the end of the job.
What's the real cure time before we can put the area back in service?
It depends on the product and conditions. We quote return to service from the manufacturer's data, not a guess.
Do you warranty the coating, and for how long?
Warranty terms depend on the coating system and the service conditions. They are stated in the quote before work starts.
Can you handle high-heat surfaces like stacks and steam lines?
Yes. High temperature coatings rated for the service.
Floor coatings: epoxy vs urethane vs polyaspartic, what holds up under forklifts?
Epoxy for build and chemical resistance, urethane topcoats for abrasion, polyaspartic for fast return to service. Under forklift traffic, an epoxy build with a urethane topcoat is the usual answer.
